Responsibilities:
- Check and organise the invoices, maintain the transaction records in excel.
- Liaise with the bank in relation to transactions, including phone calls, and physical attendance to the branch;
- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Administration/HR/Accounts related field.
- Must be proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin, both written and spoken;
- Strong attention to details and willingness to learn;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Relevant experience is a bonus.
