Responsiblities:
- Manage teaching staff to act and deliver according to centre's policies and curriculum.
- Hold meetings and planning of staff rosters.
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.
- Plan, review, and execute a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum in the centre.
- Ensure proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
- Manage operations, which include enrolment of children, finance, procurement and administration.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience as Principal / Vice Principal in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
