Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative
· Support all fundraising administration, operations, and campaigns.
· Handling of inquiries relating to fundraising
· Liaison with suppliers and stakeholders
· Working with the Digital Marketing team to develop marketing and publicity materials to support fundraising initiatives and to promote SUN-DAC’s cause
2. Event planning, organisation and execution
· Ownership of our annual Social Inclusion Run
3. Fundraising and Partnerships
· Undertake research on prospective corporates, trusts, foundations and public donors.
· Cold call potential donors and build relationships with them.
· Assist with the drafting of reports to donors concerning the utilization of donations.
· Arrange fundraising events and tours of the charity’s projects for potential donors.
· Develop new accounts and provide stewardship for current/recurring donors.
· Support in the drafting of proposals, donor appeal and appreciation letters.
· Pitching and presenting to Corporates
· Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.
4. Any tasks and developmental cross-functional projects that may be assigned by the Fundraising Manager or Executive Director.
