You will be responsible for your individual target, including the following job responsibilities:
· Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from assigned pool of leads.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
· Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
· Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
· Call Prospect or Client to remind them on their appointment.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients for booking of appointments.
