Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
- Team player and self motivated
- Min 2 to 3 years experience (marine, engineering, logistics would be a plus)
Job Description:
- Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, follow-up the order process till receipt of payment, filing document
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to arrange of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas
- Follow-up on inquiries, documentation
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide status updates to the Operation Department for all ongoing and prospective service jobs
- Maintain sales records and keep them in accurate order
- Prepare sales reports for management quarterly review
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices
- All other duties as assigned by the Manager
