Sales and Admin Coordinator

Daikai Engineering Pte Ltd

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma Holder
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
  • Team player and self motivated
  • Min 2 to 3 years experience (marine, engineering, logistics would be a plus)

Job Description:


  • Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, follow-up the order process till receipt of payment, filing document
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to arrange of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas
  • Follow-up on inquiries, documentation
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide status updates to the Operation Department for all ongoing and prospective service jobs
  • Maintain sales records and keep them in accurate order
  • Prepare sales reports for management quarterly review
  • Follow-up on outstanding invoices
  • All other duties as assigned by the Manager
