RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
. Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
· Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site, including management of all M&E works and E&M subcon;
· Read and interpret M&E Drawings.
· Attend weekly site meeting with client, sub-con and/or consultant if required.
. Provide support on design coordination with client, client consultant, etc.
· Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :
· Tertiary Education in electrical/mechanical engineering fields
. Min 8 years engineering experience and at least 5 years experience in supervision of E&M construction/infrastructure works;
. must have past experience working on design and build Singapore MRT projects and dealing with the various system wide E&M contractors and the Contractors' own E&M subcontractors.
. successful candidate will report to Coordination Manager
. this appointment is subject to client's approval.
