Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Production Manager to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
The Responsibles of Production Manager will include:
- Oversees allocation of human resources and packaging materials to achieve timely customer deliveries.
- Directs production planning to efficiently utilize resources for customer order fulfillment.
- Collaborates with other department heads to achieve common company objectives.
- Maintains precise inventory control on the production shop floor.
- Ensures safety and proper housekeeping practices in the production shop floor.
- Champions ongoing enhancements in production packaging processes.
- Ensures adherence to ISO procedures, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Undertakes any additional responsibilities assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
- Minimum Diploma
