Export role
- Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for perishables, general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Freight Master
- Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
- Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
- Give instructions to Drivers/Cargo-hands on the transfer of cargo for export
- Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)
Requirements
- At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with good attitude and initiative
