Job Responsibilities:
- To clean the kitchen areas.
- To wash cutleries and ensure sufficient supplies for daily usage.
- To clean kitchen equipments periodically as scheduled.
- To handle storage of cutleries carefully and systematically to avoid breakages.
- To remove garbage to the designated garbage disposal area.
- To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages.
- To comply with all safety and hygiene standards.
- To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.
- To ensure all equipment are all well inventories and proper storage.
- To ensure cleanliness of all area in the kitchen and ensure kitchen staff abides by the rules and regulation.
- To ensure equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
