KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

· Acquire new clients, deliver and exceed sales targets assigned.

· A key link in the communication to clients for sales and order fulfilment, including but not limited to address their queries, anticipate issues and ensure order issues are resolved, on-time delivery are met and manage the critical expedites.

· Retain existing clients and ensure timely follow-up on their renewal status.

· Review and guide clients on the documents required for certification.

· Monitor, track and advise clients on their applications status.

· Facilitate problem resolution to increase customer satisfaction.

· Ensure timely and accurate response to clients’ inquiries.

· Ensure that the clients’ databases are updated periodically.

· Identify, propose and implement improvements to the process to meet customer critical issues.

· Research and solicit potential sponsors for SEC programmes.

· Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.

· Develop funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.

· Liaise with the social committee regarding sponsor invitations and special functions and events.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship.

· Maintain records of sponsors and donors.

· Provide report at regular meetings as and when required.

· Send out letter/email to current sponsors regarding their commitment for the coming event.

Any other adhoc duties as and when required


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Business or Master's Degree in a related field.

· At least 8 years’ B2B proven commercial engagement experience, and at least 5 years of fundraising experience in Singapore.

· In-depth knowledge of local and global environmental issues will be an added advantage.

· Good research and analytical skills.

· Strong stakeholder management skills, tactful and effective with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs.

· Ability to work as a team and work independently.

· Ability to communicate with people at all levels.

· Well-versed with MS Office.

· Adequate Business planning knowledge and project management skills

·Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultenatouesly

·Self-Driven individual with a results-oriented mindset and yet able to work harmoniuously with colleagues.

·Open towards new learnings and handling new projects as and when assigned
