Your responsibilities include:
- Produce architectural working drawings
- Review and check drawings for compliance with authorities' requirements
- Complete tender drawing package
- Familiar with local building regulations and codes, submission of plans to the authorities and corenet e-submission
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the architecture and built industry sector.
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant technical certifications
- Good track record in Autocad, Autodesk Revit software and BIM (Architecture)
- A strategic and lateral thinker who is comfortable engaging at the strategic level, as well as hands-on in program execution
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and a good team player
