Job Purpose
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. You will be assisting the Assistant General Manager, Biz Dev for ensuring business growth for Strides Automotive Services, through development of business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Identify, research and participate in new tender bids on vehicle fleet repair & maintenance services.
• Prepare tender bid documentation and liase with cross business units (Finance, Legal, Strategic Risk, Procurement) for compliance and approval by senior management.
• Assist in Financial evaluation, legal checklist and approval paper for tender bid approval by senior management.
• Develop and manage good customers/vendors/contractors relationship through strong CRM for customers retention and prospective customers.
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders and active follow-ups.
• Work closely with immediate supervisor to develop business strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Meticulous and possess great organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the willingness to take up new responsibility required by the management.
Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field will be advantageous.
