Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office meetings, company events
· Maintaining proper filing system
· Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories (vending machine), work-desk allocation, office access card, phone system, door system, lift, office renovation and move etc (when necessary)
· Undertake various comprehensive administrative tasks issued by the headquarters, and arrange to guide each branch to complete.
· Administer and coordinator for OA system configuration.
· Drafting news and reports for important projects in mandarin.
· Responsible for Admin department procurement needs.
· Provide assistance on reimbursement application.
· Provide secretarial support to Senior Management on operational work
· Provide assistance to Senior Management on important projects
· Provide assistance support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
· Resolve all administrative problems
· Any other ad hoc administrative task assigned
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration or other elated disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR generalist, 2 years in a supervisory role in HR with working experience in regional HR corporate practices, especially in HR policies/practices, and talent management.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance in APAC region.
· Prior experience in driving performance initiatives hands-on.
· Prior experience in Telecommunication Industry will be a plus.
Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)
