Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline all the commercial and administration of the marina (i.e berthing records, berthing agreements, application forms, waiting lists, financial records, invoices, petty cash, purchase orders, follow-up of berthing enquiries etc.)
- Prepare, with the accounts department, all financial and other relevant information for reports to the management and help the marina staff with secretarial assistance
- Help with the work schedules, staff attendance and holiday records and other HR-administration related data.
- Be the prime contact person for all the marina stakeholders and help them with all their enquires and information with speed and professionalism.
- Be in charge of the reception area and the general reception of our valued guests by welcoming them with a smile and a fresh drink
- Be in charge of answering phones and directing calls, taking reservations and checking in/out guests using our computerized reservations and billing system
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Marina Director
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Positive at all time and willing to follow the Club’s vision.
