Job Description:

• To answer phone call from the patients promptly.

• To answer WhatsApp message from the patients promptly.

• To book appointment for the patients promptly.

• To ensure that the appointment reminder is sent accurately and accordingly.

• To ensure coordination with various departments when making the booking of patient appointment.

• To be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.


Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.

• Possess good interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous.

• Proficient in computer skills.
