The role

In the role of Singapore Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing plans that deliver pipeline and revenue for the enterprise business. This role will be an integral part of the Asia Field Marketing team and will partner closely with field sales, marketing, and regional teams including campaign, content, and digital marketing teams.

You are an experienced, hands-on marketing leader who has a growth mindset and boundless energy, ideas and a passion to drive results in a fast pace & dynamic environment. You are self-motivated & always striving to raise the bar.

What you’ll do

We need a Marketing Manager who will drive the following areas:

Planning:

· Build & align annual and quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) to deliver Marketing Bookings & Marketing Pipeline goals with a focus on return on investment.

· Partner with Sales Leadership & Account Executives to build detailed territory plans that will successfully deliver Customer outcomes.

· Build & own the quarterly execution project plan to deliver high quality, unique customer experiences and programs through-out the quarter.

Campaigns:

  • · Partner with field & regional marketing teams to design & deliver amazing experiences that deliver measurable results for our customers.
  • · Work closely with sales to drive customer participation in events and programs while ensuring strong follow-up to deliver campaign objectives.
  • · Project manage the end-to-end deliver of key local programs including elements of briefing, segmentation, content, reporting and analysis.
  • · Coordinate a wide mix of marketing tactics including events (virtual, in person, 3rd party, executive), Digital (email, social, search, content syndication, advertising) and sales enablement.
  • · Partner with APAC campaign team to create, localize and translate key content to engage key personas.

Results:

  • · Responsible for delivering results on each program including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of campaign results to the broader team.
  • · Run & optimise the demand funnel ensuring optimized lead flow from top of funnel to mid funnel with BDRs for follow-up & nurture to bottom of funnel through sales progression programs.
  • · Introduce innovative new marketing approaches, processes, and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways.

What you need to succeed

  • · 10+ years’ experience in Marketing B2B software or technology, preferably in Enterprise segment & experience selling to Global Multi-National Corporations (MNC).
  • · Strong Written & verbal communication skills
  • · Relevant University degree – e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing.
  • · Strong strategic agility to understand market & adapt strategies to deliver success.
  • · Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and collaboration - experience working across matrix organizations.
  • · Customer facing presenting skills to present Adobe, Solution & Customer stories.
  • · Proven success in delivering best of breed marketing strategies including ABM, Digital, Webinar, Events, PR/Comms.
  • · Exceptional ability to project manage, multi-task, delegate and prioritize work to deliver growth goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • · Strong numeric skill set, able to analyse data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimise results.
  • · Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them in a collaborative and proactive way.
  • · Attention to detail and laser focused follow through on all programs.
