Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall compensation strategy.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, and communication.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation and benefits issues and best practices.
- Develop and deliver compensation and benefits training programs for HR and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in compensation and benefits practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in job analysis, salary benchmarking, and designing salary structures.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
