Job Scope:
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to develop comprehensive proposals and bid responses
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop technical solutions and pricing strategies
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource estimates
- Design and create high-quality proposal graphics, illustrations, and diagrams
- Conduct proposal review meetings and facilitate internal proposal review processes
- Respond to customer clarification requests and proposal revisions
- Participate in proposal presentations, interviews, and client meetings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Manage proposal timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
- Diploma in any engineering or other disciplines
- Relevant experience will be added advantage
- Wiling to travel oversea
