Roles & Responsibilities
Area of responsibilities
1) Sector – Food & Beverage (Cafes, Central Kitchen, Distributors, Restaurants, etc) and Hospitality (Hotels, etc).
2) Achieving the sales objectives, target set by the company.
3) Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
4) Drive sales growth with new key accounts customers by building strong customer relationships. 5) Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting.
6) Understanding the company products, competition in the market and positioning to develop sales strategies.
7) Provide accurate and relevant sales report to management.
8) Lead, motivate and supervise a sales team.
9) Train and guide team members to develop their full potential
10) Responsible for bringing in new sales contract and review current contract activities.
11) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
Competency requirements
1) Class 3 license with own car.
2) Strong communication skills.
3) Excellent leadership skills.
4) Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in the food & beverage and hospitality sector.
