You are responsible for
- Collaborating with CoEs and HRBPs and build the framework and tools of Leadership, Talent and/or Organizational Effectiveness solutions, related to topics such as the annual talent review process, career management, strategic workforce planning, Organization Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership effectiveness, Organizational Effectiveness and Organization Capability.
- Through solutions and Talent Review process, facilitates a focus on development to drive rewarding careers at Philips (retain and attract)
- May support the design of HRIS Solutions (i.e. Workday) in support of the talent and / or organizational development strategy to identify and communicate system requirements & reports, perform testing and manage issues
- Deploying new Leadership, Talent and/or Organizational Effectiveness solutions through the organization with appropriate training and communication planning and execution, with consideration of change management implications.
- Integrate with other solutions managers to advise on timing and ensure consistency across solutions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
- 5 years' experience in HR field, preferably with experienced in managing HR projects and programs, including the ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple initiatives.
- Familiar with HR technologies and workforce management software (Workday) will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness.
