This position reports to the Director and is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the company sales. This role entails driving the success of the sales of the company by strategizing to exceed company targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and upholding a commitment to excellence in customer service. Additionally, responsibilities include recruiting and developing a sales team through candidate sourcing, interview and new hire training.

Qualifications
Prior sales experience, familiarity with CRM software, knowledge of Smart Home products and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Optional certification in sales or management will be an advantage.
