As Senior Workplace Engineer responsible for deployment and implementation of digital workplace services for large banking client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Involved in deployment, implementation of digital workplace , EUC services
- Provide expertise to technical team and providing design and implementation advices
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of issues relating digital workplace
- Optimise supported services, practices and processes associated with Microsoft endpoint management platforms efficiency, security, capacity, scalability, and availability to realise high levels of client satisfaction
- Support software/application deployment strategy for Windows devices across the university
- Ensure that the MDM and Intune Company Portal is maintained with software patched, updated, or removed accordingly
- Maintain images made available to the deployment team through SCCM Task Sequence
Requirements
- Min 6 years of experience in IT
- Microsoft certification – Intune (endpoint manager), MS 365 mobility and security, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator, MS Azure certification,
- Good experience working with endpoint manager, MDM, Ms 365 mobility, Ms Azure, Active directory
- Knowledge in authentication architecture to achieve Single Sign On between on-premise and private cloud environment.
- Experience in Messaging, UC is a plus
- Extensive experience ensuring device compliance with latest Windows security updates.
- Experience with device group policies and configuration profiles: Create and maintain group policies and configuration profiles through Active Directory and Intune
