Job Title: Rewards Consultant
Term : 6 months contract
Location: Singapore
Experience Required: Approximately 5 years
We are looking for a seasoned Rewards Consultant to join our clients Human Resources team, who will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our rewards strategy is competitive and in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand job requirements and organizational needs to develop appropriate grading and salary structures.
• Lead the annual salary review process, including budget planning, performance-based increments, and bonus allocations.
• Advise management on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships for benefits administration.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark our compensation and benefits package.
• Implement and manage rewards recognition programs to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
• Provide training and communication to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and programs.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the Singapore market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management tools.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
