Job Description
The Compliance Officer, based in Singapore, will report to the Chief of International Regulatory & Compliance. Main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as the compliance advisory contact for Tikehau Investment Management Asia, TIM Japan and, possibly, other affiliates of the Tikehau Capital Group based in Asia;
- Overseeing and ensuring the implementation of compliance programmes in Tikehau Capital’s Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and other Asian offices;
- Preparing regulatory filings and legal notifications and applications;
- Identifying key business risks and analysis to develop appropriate controls;
- Developing and enhancing policies and procedures to manage risks associated with business lines;
- Participating in and preparing certain materials for the Asian entities’ governance forums;
- Undertaking monitoring controls in accordance with the Asian entities’ monitoring programmes;
- Advising the Business on key regulatory impacts from new regulations and regulatory interactions;
- Liaising with the wider Tikehau Capital Compliance, Legal, Risks and Audit teams (compliance surveillance, testing, monitoring, controls, etc.);
- Developing compliance training materials and providing compliance training to local and international offices.
