Responsibilities:
- Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients, including KYC checks, attending to auditors' requests
- Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, and other statutory bodies as required
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Able to support shareholders' and directors' meetings, including preparation of documentation
- Updating and maintenance of statutory/regulatory and corporate records
- Assist in relevant ad-hoc matters as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in providing corporate secretarial support and services (candidates from service providers are welcome to apply)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of using CAS is advantageous
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
