We are looking for a hardworking, meticulous and motivated individual for the role of Office Administrator position.
Responsibilities:
HR
- Refine and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process in relation to staff (including but not limited to work passes application, renewal and cancellation).
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues.
Finance
- Develop annual operating budgets on Firm’s events in collaboration with Management.
- Working with Partner to manage the Firm’s account receivables.
Office Management
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and organise office events.
- Oversees the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with foreign lawyers).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word). Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
