Job Description

As the Regional Strategy & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in the Region. Working towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work, you are responsible for driving the success of Customer Activation & Marketing by ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company’s objectives and contribute to its growth and profitability, putting your knowledge of brand, media, channel planning and loyalty programmemanagement into action. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage consumer & customer insights to create data-driven marketing plans that deliver impactful results across the Region. Being an exceptional leader, you lead, manage and organizes a team of regional specialists according to H&M values, standards and policies in collaboration with the global H&M Strategy & Planning teams.


You have strong brand and customer focus with proven ability to set goals, drive results and take strategy into action. Being an experienced manager on a strategic level, you are well-skilled in how to take insights into action, with a passion and understanding of brand and customer. You have a strong media knowledge and competence, and able to connect the dots from brand to performance to build and develop plans.


Key responsibilities

  • You are responsible to lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies based on the Global Framework that align with the company’s overall business objectives, identifying key targets audiences and segments and develop marketing plans to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Create and develop a comprehensive customer plan for the Region and Sales Market that encompasses all stages of the consumer relationship phases, from attractive new customers to developing our most valuable customers.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and campaign performance across owned, earned and paid media with data-driven insights to make data-informed decisions.
  • Oversee the overall media, in collaboration with the Paid Media Lead, allocating effectively to different campaigns and activities to reach and effectively engage key target audiences.
  • Work closely with the Omni Sales team and PR, Insights and Content Operations team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and results for the CA&M unit, being a role model for a collaborative approach.


Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Regional Strategy & Planning Manager, you should have strong brand and customer focus with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a strategic approach and are well-skilled in how to take insights into action and are able to connect the dots from brand through performance, to build and develop plans through the full customer journey.


What you need to succeed:

  • Marketing, or business degree/relevant qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in how you translate data into actionable marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced working in an international environment managing teams across complex set up, multiple location and is familiar with digital / tech and omni ways of working.
  • Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
