Position: Associate Teacher (Early Years)

Job Description:
- To assist the lead teacher in all classroom aspects
- Helping students to settle down for class (e.g. managing classroom dynamics)
- Taking students to the restroom
- Assisting with curriculum delivery and preparation
- Managing individual students in the classroom during the lesson
- Managing diversity and pace differences during the lesson
- Assisting with document management (e.g. filling, file closure, taking worksheets)
- Helping with the facilitation of classroom activities and games
- Develop strong relationships within the teaching team to ensure the efficient execution of curriculum
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company
- Minimum diploma in Education, early childhood, or relevant field
- Interests in education/early childhood
- Good communication skills
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
