We are looking for you,
Maintenance Planner
to our Maintenance Team in the West Area Singapore Refinery Plant.
You will focus on ensuring work is planned out seamlessly through meticulous operational steps to ensure the job pack is complete for scheduled execution. Monitoring and keeping up with timeliness delivery of orders would be also part of the scope Reviewing of Preventive Maintenance plans for optimisation as well, which includes integrating the Reliability, Asset Integrity, Operations and HSSEQ requirements based on the predetermined priority.
In this job you will work closely with the Maintenance Team, Internal partners like PMC, Operations, and External Vendors and Contractors.

Your role in our team
- Develop detailed planning steps incorporating safety concerns and site requirements, for multi discipline reactive and preventive Maintenance primarily focusing but not exclusive to Priority 3 and Priority 4 work requests.
- Develop complete work packages ready for execution.
- Coordinate with PMC, Asset Management & Reliability team, Warehouse team, Procurement team and contractors or vendors for work package preparations.
- Engage field execution counterpart during planning stage, for efficient handover of work package.
- Develop detailed planning steps for work requests, prepare materials or spare parts required, create & release inventory PR, generate MR for stock items.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to source for non-stock materials and external services, create PR upon alignment with PMC and field execution personnel.
- Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and vendors for the execution window.
- Prepare and create initial Invoice Proposal in CMMS before execution, and perform final Invoicing Allow upon job completion.
- Create and update task lists in the task library and contribute to continuous improvement for task lists accuracy.
- Work closely with the execution team and scheduler to optimize all resources, while making sure Operations and safety are not compromised.
- Prepare monthly reports for KPI tracking for respective areas.

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
- Degree or Diploma in maintenance or related disciplines.
- 5-8 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and execution in a refinery environment.
- Experience in Electrical (Instrumentation inclusive) maintenance planning and execution.
