Main Responsibilities

  • Checking and validating deals against Gunvor’s ETRM System for consistency
  • Ensuring deals in ETRM system are updated timely and accurately to reflect any changes to the deals
  • Preparing of draft contracts for Crude and/or products for traders and operators’ review
  • Sending out contracts after approval
  • Uploading contracts and all counters/amendments to ETRM System
  • Updating master templates, when necessary
  • Reviewing and countering of contracts from counterparties
  • Updating contract Excel worksheet/Power BI report
  • Preparation of tender offers, when required
  • Liaising with Finance/Legal/Demurrage departments on issues pertaining to contract wordings
  • Reviewing of counterparties’ general terms and conditions
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Profile


The individual should have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of related work experience within the energy trading industry
  • Familiar with incoterms
  • Polytechnic or diploma holder qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
  • Team player and able to work independently
