Job Responsibilities / Duties:
• Essentially, duties revolve around the care of infants and mothers of a Newly Setup Confinement Centre.
• Provide nursing services including monitoring of patients according to protocols and standards.
• Provide quality customer service to infants/parents
• Feed infants on a predefined schedule.
• Change diapers and bath infants
• Ensure that all items provided are clean and safe for infants to use
• Ensure that there is a constant supply of diapers and other baby products
• Maintain daily records and reports for infants
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding infants’ progress or problems
• Support children’s development of secure attachments through warm, consistent and nurturing caregiving
• Advise mothers on proper caregiving techniques for the infants
• Support all other mothers needs
• Guide and support a team of Infant Care Specialists
Education & Experience:
• At least 2 years experience in nursing and 1 year with relevant maternity ward / confinement experience
• Experience with Pediatric Care/Ward will be accepted
• Possess certification in nursing care
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification
