Job Responsibilities:-
• To assist School Admin Team in filing, photocopying and data-entry duties.
• To assist in office administration including data collation, stores management, logistics and customer service.
• To assist in dissemination of information pertaining to school programmes: school circulars, parents’ messages.
• To maintain General Office record books for loan items.
• To provide admin support in the school.
• To receive incoming mails / delivery of goods.
• To assist in adhoc duties based on Admin Dept’s needs.
• To assist in the printing of worksheets/examination papers in the printing room.
• Any other duties assigned by School Leaders
Experience:-
• Minimum 1 year’ experience in admin duties/ customer service in primary school environment
Qualifications
• GCE “O” levels or equivalent experiences.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
