Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an accounts executive, responsible for managing our financial transactions and full set of accounts. If you have a passion for numbers and are proficient with spreadsheets, this role is for you. Your primary objective will be to provide valuable quantitative insights into our financial position, liquidity, and cash flow, facilitating informed decisions for the ongoing growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities
- To manage full set of accounts for SME (AR/AP/GL)
- Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the Xero accounting system
- Prepare monthly consolidation of group entities and management accounts for analysis
- Liaise with outsourced corporate secretary to ensure compliance with Companies Act and other regulations
- Support and prepare annual financial statements
- Ensure prompt and accurate filing of documents
- Organize employee engagement and bonding activities
- Liaise with bankers and tax agent
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly responsible with strong attention to details
- Working knowledge of accounting software Xero preferred
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
