Operations
· Process the orders from retail and foodservice customers.
· Manage invoice submissions and paperwork.
· Liaise with food suppliers for order fulfilments.
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for stocks deliveries.
· Support Operations team on admin requirements.
· May need to enter warehouse/ cold room occasionally.
Marketing
· Prepare weekly update of channel marketing and price promotions reports for team meeting.
· Coordinate with different channels and suppliers for tactical marketing and price promotions.
Business Development
· Promptly supporting in listing new products and promotions as per agreement between KCT and channels.
