Role Description
The Regional Business Development Manager holds a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and development. This role is a department head in formulating and executing sales and business strategies, expanding sales channels, and customer relationships. And also involves mentoring and leading the sales team to achieve targeted objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Head of department with overall responsibility and leadership for the organization's sales growth and business development.
- Monitor of market and industry trends and competitor analysis to drive the development of effective sales and business strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Expand sales channels to capture new markets and acquiring new customers, set targets, and establish relevant key performance metrics or ind
- Drive customer relationship management by ensuring exceptional customer service and direct overall negotiation strategy and techniques for acquiring sales accounts effectively.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives and providing mentorship and talent development within the department.
- Adapting organizational strategic direction into sales and business targets and derive respective sales objectives for the entire sales department.
- Set positioning strategies and implementation plans to strengthen all product portfolios and market segments.
- Generate business reports on potential revenue streams, enhanced product offerings, and new business ventures to inform development strategies.
- Regularly review sales performance metrics for across all product portfolios and market segments, and refine strategies to achieve sales targets based on evaluations.
- Analyze customers’ overall demand cycle to identify current and future requirements and needs.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Business or Marketing, or Engineering.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of related working experience in business development or sales leadership roles in supporting industry, preferably in component business
- Strong leadership skills managing department and build good rapport across departments.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on talent development.
- Effective time and stress management skills.
- Proficient multitasking capabilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skill
