Social Media Content Writer
Job Description
This position works closely with our digital marketing team to conceptualise and create engaging, creative and fun content for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with account executives to discuss the client's requirements, core messages and target audience.
- Familiarising themselves with the product/services, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
- Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and copy with other members of the creative team.
- Content and ad copy creation Facebook. Instagram, Linkedin and Google.
- Strategise, develop and craft persuasive, compelling, creative ad copy that engages brand audiences across Social Media platforms
- Write, edit and proofread copy to ensure adherence to different branding styles and tone of voice
- Provide support for social media marketing pitches and renewals
- Able to adhere to strict timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong interest in social media will be an advantage
- Perfect command of English
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
