Lark Global Revenue Operations Team

We're a data-driven group committed to transforming the sales strategy and processes for optimal results. With a sharp eye on data analysis and process enhancement, we partner with Commercial & Product teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution that empower our sales force to excel and maximise our revenue.

Responsibilities

  • You will act as a trusted advisor to the Global Sales Leadership team, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, align strategies, and scale the Lark business globally.
  • Drive day-to-day channel sales operations and Centre of Excellence (COE) management, including quota alignment, incentive plans draft, promotion program approval, business process diagnosis, sales/partners training, sales territory/clients conflict management etc.
  • You will take the lead in driving improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data for our customers.
  • You will run all the forecast, QBR, annual review meetings alongside the Sales leaders and keep the Commercial teams accountable to the targets.
  • You will manage the administration and execution of the team's targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results.
  • You will also implement and create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have relevant Sales and Channel Sales Operations experience at enterprise firms within the SaaS industry.
  • You have led teams under the Sales Operations or Channel Operations function, and have experience building up new teams from 0-1.
  • You're able to roll up your sleeves and work directly with the models/data. You are passionate about your work, detail-oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.
  • You have the expertise of developing and streamlining strategies for a cross-regional or multinational sales organization (i.e. across APAC or Global region).
  • You exhibit sound business judgment and the ability to influence others. You have a track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analysis, and influencing results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holistic knowledge of sales management systems such as Salesforce.
  • You have prior start-up experience and experience in a 0-1 business setting.
