Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via call and email)
- In charge of correspondence with clinics
- Review and provide assessment services (assessment, scrutiny, invoicing)
- Handle both inbound and outbound documents and coordination with medical institutions and customers
- Attending to walk-in customers and process the relevant documents
Requirements
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
- Possess business proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Proficient in Ms Office suites specifically Excel.
