Role and responsibilities
- Clarify job requirements
- Post job ads on main job portals
- Monitor applicants and screen candidates
- Arrange and conduct interviews for candidates
- Negotiate candidates' salary and terms and conditions of employment
- When required, apply for Government's approval to employ
- Report on activity
Requirements
- ITE or diploma
- 4+ years of experience
- 1st experience in recruitment, preferrably in external recrutement
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient with Office tools (Word/Excel/PPT)
- Understanding or IT or IT services industry is a plus
