Job Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Post job openings on online job portals
- Coordinate arrangements for job interviews (Full-time and Part-time)
- Assist in online applications for work permits and licenses
- Monitor attendance and verify reported hours
- Manage claims and allowances including fuel, parking, and purchases
- Payroll Management
- Coordinate manpower deployment for various projects
Agencies and General Pest Projects
- Schedule general pest (GP) services for routine and ad-hoc jobs
- Facilitate notifications for fogging operations (NEA)
- Prepare monthly reports as required
Other Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Manage vehicle GPS tracking systems
- Handle requisitions for chemicals, equipment, uniforms, etc
- Record minutes of operations meetings
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in HR roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
