- Preparation of timely and accurate reporting for management information / analysis
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of recruitment activities, new consultants’ challenges and initiatives
- Ensure timely payment of incentives and challenge to Distribution Force
- Track and manage the budget and expenses
- Craft effective communications to Distribution Force to create awareness and updates on recruitment initiatives
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the development of recruitment marketing collaterals, materials
- Support in the planning, organizing and managing of recruitment events and workshop
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Experience from Insurance Companies would be an added advantage
