Job Responsibilities :
1. Build the Southeast Asian game publishing team according to the needs of Dev. and HQ functions. Sprint planning and sprint tracking to keep an overview of the game publishing team’s workload, Building and maintaining a healthy roadmap aligned with important project milestones.
2. In charge of the overall marketing, UA, as well as user community in specific countries. Help the SEA Regional publishing team to resolve blockers to maintain an efficient workflow, Taking ownership of certain aspects of production and supporting the team dedicated to these.
3. Setting up and facilitating the flow of information and flagging potential blockers (e.g. meetings, mailing lists, Jira tasks, status reports etc.) among the team members and partner studios. Ensuring that the onboarding process is systematically implemented —
What you will bring:
1. 4++ years experience working on mobile game operations, marketing or publishing related.
2. Experience in managing successful publishing campaigns during launch and live phases.
