What you will be working on

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing CPF policies, focusing on retirement, housing, healthcare financing, and other relevant areas, to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of Singaporeans.
  • Lead the development of policy proposals in areas requiring change, leveraging thorough analysis to build compelling cases and assess the potential impact and implementation strategies.
  • Oversee the seamless coordination of projects aimed at achieving policy objectives. This includes conducting ground research, utilizing data analytics, and actively engaging CPF members to gather insights and feedback.

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience in policy analysis, development, or implementation, ideally within the public sector or a policy research organisation.
  • Interest in economic and social policy frameworks, with a keen understanding of Singapore's socio-economic landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically analyse policy issues, considering both short-term objectives and long-term implications.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, conducting research, and synthesizing complex information to inform policy recommendations.
  • Good track record in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including CPF members, government agencies, and industry experts.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic policy environment, while remaining focused on achieving policy objectives.
