- Provide excellent admin and operational support for sales team
- To provide timely and accurate overall assistance for sales team
- To attend sales & operations training service where required
- Liaise mainly with internal stakeholders to achieve positive results
- Handle data and system entry for quotations
- Manage new business and renewal quotation activities log
- Assist and prepare new business and renewal reporting and summary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in operational support / customer servicing
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
