KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visual Storytelling: Lead the creation of visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Design Leadership: Oversee design projects from concept through completion, ensuring creative alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and innovative campaigns.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience art directing in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing visuals for successful marketing campaigns.
- Enthusiasm for social media marketing and platforms, and the ability to use insights into consumer behavior to enhance campaigns.
- Ability to re-prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Energetic, outgoing, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen effectively, write well, express opinions clearly, and perform effectively in group discussions and brainstorms.
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
