Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and other mediums to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also handling customer feedback.
- Take the lead in providing operational support to sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service.
- Process customer orders, including price quotations, stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order shipments.
- Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration with at least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination/customer service in the FMCG sector preferred.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
- Good shipping acknowledge will be advantageous
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
