Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and other mediums to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also handling customer feedback.
  • Take the lead in providing operational support to sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Process customer orders, including price quotations, stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order shipments.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in business administration with at least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination/customer service in the FMCG sector preferred.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
  • Good shipping acknowledge will be advantageous
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
