II. JOB PURPOSE
● This position requires to support the sales team to ensure the growth of the assigned territory - China market.
● We are seeking a driven Admissions Executive to manage all aspects of the student admissions cycle by executing an efficient and organised admissions process from enquiries to enrolment
● The Executive is a brand ambassador who promotes the school to prospective parents by delivering a personalised experience in articulating the school’s unique offering
● The position requires a high-level of customer service and administrative skills, initiative, confidentiality, brand loyalty and the capacity to work as part of the team.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Qualify incoming sales leads and tracking of prospects through making calls or relevant means of communication to prospective clients, and also to coordinate with sales representative on the conversions
● Coordinating with the sales team and ensuring smooth onboarding of students recruited through the agents, while ensuring compliance in the process
● Update and maintain accurate records of lead enquiries in the CRM system to give sales representative actual feedback on lead quality and pipeline management
● Conduct school tours and respond to queries during pre/post consultations and assist client with the application process through to enrolment stage
● Conduct market research on competitor analysis and analyze the data to provide insights to the sales team
● Provide consistent and regular follow ups with existing customers to ensure optimum quality of customer service standards are maintained
● Provide timely and ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales Team
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Experience
· Have a good understanding of the international school market in Singapore
· Familiar with student recruitment process from other countries (China) to Singapore
· Preferably experienced in a B2C environment with knowledge on handling international students.
Skills
· Highly organised and proactive
· Excellent time management.
· Strong oral and written communications skills in Chinese language
· Possess administrative skills such as managing sales databases, creating sales reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondences with clients
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
