IT Project Manager - ERP & HCM Implementation

As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenge.

We're currently looking for an IT Project Manager with a background in ERP systems to lead the implementation of a new integrated HCM and Finance system for our client. This position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to create and execute project plans, including timelines and budget; define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Assist in evaluating potential solutions based on functionality, cost, integration capabilities, and alignment with organizational needs
  • Lead and oversee the project team, promoting collaboration and maintaining transparent communication among both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the System Integrator to create a comprehensive project plan covering various modules, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, deliverables and testing activities for both HR and Finance modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR and Finance employees.
  • Ensure proactive management of risks and issues, deploying mitigation strategies as necessary to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
  • Track project progress against goals and report to stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead post-implementation activities, including system optimization and user support for both HR and Finance modules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Finance systems.
  • Recent involvement in HCM and Payroll implementation using a tier one ERP solution.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale implementation projects involving multiple vendors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HCM and Finance processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with French proficiency considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in data migration and integration strategies, particularly in the context of large-scale system implementations, is desirable.
  • Possession of Project Management certification is a plus
