Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Business Development (BD) team, which includes preparing bid proposal materials and tender submittals.
- Execute administrative tasks for the department, such as facilitating internal meetings, and maintaining external business registrations and schedules.
- Assist in designing and updating marketing materials like company profiles, brochures, application notes, and presentation ppt slides.
- Maintain and optimize the company website and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.).
- Keep and manage documentation, including workflow, templates, track records, etc.
- Handle customer inquiries and forward them to relevant BD manager(s).
- Assist in updating and generating monthly reports for Sales and marketing performance.
- Administer liaising with external insurance brokers and end-customers to fulfill required insurance/bonds requirements for both secured project contracts and own company's insurance coverage needs.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain partnerships with external technology or solution partners (e.g., arranging for product training and certification courses required for partnership, participating in their events, etc.).
- Maintain strong and clear communications with respective stakeholders.
- Support workshops, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Business Development.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
- A good understanding of the tender process and quantity surveying is required.
- The candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial for this role.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and other relevant software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Contracts Management is an added advantage.
