HR Administrator

Industry: Aviation Sector

Work Location: East area

Work Schedule: 5-days work week, Full-Time On-site


The HR Administrator will provide support the HR Team in HR operations, documentation and administrative duties.


Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Admin, this will take on coordination processes for staff drug testing, SATA, medical activities.
  • Will also handling work pass related matters such as application, renewal, coordination, verification and cancellation.
  • Perform coordination for company events, activities, memo's, filing and documentation.
  • Support the Office Administrator in maintaining office upkeep and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR or related administration course.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in HR administration and clerical function.
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, MOM Work Pass processes and procedures.
  • Detailed oriented, good knowledge in MS Office application and problem-solving.
